My final project garment for my semester 3 was inspired by the Raven, a bird whose eyes stares deathly down into your soul. The requirement for this project was to create an Avant Garde garment base on a culture. ( side note: Avant Garde is something new and unusual or experimental ideas ) Therefore I used the Raven as my inspiration.

I swear I was, WAS the most enthusiastic person on earth to be so excited about my whole little amazing inspiration.. little did I know the challenges was tough. I had to experiment on ways to make my texture, the oh so amazing hand made feathers. YES, HANDMADE, one by one... with blood and sweat.. and tears... And then the design, which wasn't that challenging compared to the texture. #thankGod

Well at least after going through so many trial and error I finally finalize the feathers and glad that it was something new and non of my lecturers have seen it before! (Hardwork pays off isn't it?!)

(sidenote: Main Fabric used was basic Calico and the rest are improvised.)

Anyhow, this presentation went well though there was criticsm from one of my lecturer.

The critic was probably just 5% of my 100%. So, IT WAS ALL GOOD.

YES.. ALL GOOD... see you next semester lecturers, and stress, and ...
